Most of the particles that form the belts are thought to come from solar wind and other particles by cosmic rays. By trapping the solar wind, the magnetic field deflects those energetic particles and protects the Earth's atmosphere from destruction. The belts are located in the inner region of the Earth's magnetosphere. The belts trap energetic electrons and protons. Other nuclei, such as alpha particles, are less prevalent. The belts endanger satellites, which must have their sensitive components protected with adequate shielding if they spend significant time in that zone. In 2013, NASA reported that the Van Allen Probes had discovered a transient, third radiation belt, which was observed for four weeks until it was destroyed by a powerful, interplanetary shock wave from the Sun. 

What can we do with using Earth as a gigantic 'harvesting machine':
Earth has 3 belts around its sphere, Earth captures Anti Protium. Giving a new technology called Antiprotium-Protium-Fusion, by definition 100% efficient in Energy production. With magnetic fields, Antiprotium can be easily captured with spaceships. Will sell my Prisma Rainbow Relativistic Gravity paintings on EBAY. It requires a simple Helium Fluid cooled Anti Protium Containment Field based on very strong magnetic fields like in a MRI scanner. It isn't really expensive either.

The energy from the Sun ( photons ) are so unbelievable high in density, spontanious HAWKING RADIATION phenomenon creates ANTI-PROTIUM and PROTIUM just like that. The Sun has billions of years of this way to harvest fresh new ANTI-MATTER particles with space ships, from example from Elon Musk.

However I hope everyone is doing their best to study this documentation, since Earth ecosystem can not hold up much longer the way humanity is currently doing.

is valid for normal matter interaction. Yes. But this is 100% ANTI MATTER and MATTER conversion into 100% ENERGY. 

Energy release = MC^2 * MC^2 = M^2 * C^4

And although only very small amounts can be harvested, the energy from 1000 milligram is so unbelievable, because Einstein said C^2 which is incredible, but now it became C^4 which is litterally Einstein to the power of itself.
